Wrasse ID please.

Picked up this little guy at the LFS today. Was labeled as a black leopard (macropharyngodon negrosensis) but it looked nothing like the small black leopards they had in the store. Main differnce was the other leopards tail was transparent while this fish's tail has color. It also resembles fish in the Anampses family. Any ideas on what it could be????

If I could only be so lucky!! He has darkened up a bit since putting him in my display. Has been doing great, the other fish have basically ignored him and he is busy hunting pods.
Still think its a blue spotted tamarin?
