Wrasse ID

Hey guys just picked this up at my LFS, owner said he went diving off the Keys and caught this bit could not ID it. Can anyone help??

I believe it's a neon wrasse, halichoeres garnoti

I would agree with H. garnoti.

It's going to change a lot in appearance as it matures.

Awesome thanks guys!!! Right now he's about 3.5 inches, when do they usually reach maturity?

Max recorded length is a bit over 7.5", so a ways to go yet.
