Wrasse ID?

Please help ID this wrasse. I bought him at a frag swap. He is 5-6" tip to tail, and very peaceful. I think he might be Cirrhilabrus Rosefascia, or C Lanceolatus. He does have black and blue spots on his pelvic fins.

Cirrhilabrus Rosefascia, Dr. Tanaka pretty much states that Lanceolatus is not available in the US. Plus you can look at this article by Dr. Tanaka and see a Rosefascia if you look at the article and notice your fish has a blue looking pelvic fin.
