Sorry for the blurry picture, I have never seen a fish like this before I am assuming it is a wrasse or hogfish. Anyone know what it is? It is from the Philipines area.

It's a lubbocks fairy wrasse.

Looks like a Lubbock's fairy wrasse. There are several different color variations.
