Wrasse Stopped Eating BETWEEN Prazi Treatments!

What's particularly strange here is that due to scheduling issues, I had this particular fish in QT for a few weeks before I even administered the first dose, and all the while it behaved like a champ; eating, cruising around normally, and holding its color. This continued throughout the initial dose and after, right up until the water change. Then literally overnight, it began just hanging out in the PVC, and not eating. Still shows an interest in food but will not take it.

Color is still good, no flashing or twitching. Not hanging out by the airstone stream, though its swimming patten is a ted different, i.e. will circle the tank once or twice then go back to the PVC for several minutes.

I've tried every food I have including live blackworms to no avail. Water parameters are well within the norm and salinity is fine. One last thing, this wrasse (lineatus) is in with a flasher that is still eating and doing great.

Does this sound like flukes or just an aversion to Prazi or something else? Should I administer the second dose of Prazi or wait and see where this goes? Is it me or does it seem like wrasses are even more of a pita than usual lately?

Did anything else in the tank change beside the PP treatment? Seems odd the wrasse stopped eating after the water change, typically the behavior goes back to normal or near normal after the water change. If it were me and the fish was eating for week before this I would do the prazipro for 3 days and then do another water change to get the PP treatment over with to rule out internals and flukes. But again since this came after weeks of eating I doubt this is flukes

No other changes except I DID put back the media (carbon and an ammonia absorber) in the filter box when I changed the water. Same media type that I had in the box before the treatment. Added another airstone during treatment. Otherwise, I checked every parameter I could think of between the 'old' and 'new' water and they matched exactly. Actually, I'm leaning toward doing a second Prazi dose too. Just wondering if I should do it now.
