WTB: 200+ gal tank

Im trying to send out some feelers on finding a tank (most likely used, due to budget) around the 200gal + range. I like the marine land deep dimensions tanks so something similar to those dimensions. for example, 48 wide x 36 front to back x 22-26 tall.

I checked craigslist and am checking almost daily and i also posted in a couple other forums as well so please let me know if yo have something available or if you know of someone that has something available. If you guys are familiar with the tank that nivram scored last year, thats pretty much exactly what im looking for.
 
I was in the same boat as you for months for the same tank. I finally broke down and bought a new Marineland DD 250 gallon. Good luck!
 
Everyone wants to be like Marvin? Must be because he follows el presidente Ed If you don't know zoa Ed. I heard he will be at macna. When you go ask for him. Or just keep your ears open you will hear him! Lol

Marke- Marvin is a grown man, and the current Prez. He has no reason to follow me anywhere. He is very capable, and has as much knowledge about the hobby as I do. :blown:

Have you been hitting the vino again, or just hanging with the wrong crowd? :hammer::beer: :lolspin:

Now lets get back to finding John a real tank, LOL, JK John.
 
John I think I read where you posted in one of the large tank threads that you are moving to the Naples area. Are you putting this up over here or after you move?
 
Hope you find what you are looking for. I know where you can get a tank exactly like Marvin's lol. Just for giggles, you might want to see what the local builders can do for you.
 
So what tank do you have Marvin? I'm ordering the glass for a L84xW48xH18" penninsula. What height and thickness are these 36" wide tanks?

48x48x24
1/2" glass euro braced top and bottom. Double pane 1/2" on the bottom.
 
But back to the original topic. I don't see many 36" wide tanks for sale, except for the Marineland tanks which are relatively new and are therefore really hard to find used. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Im in no rush for the most part. Problem is that im not looking for a package deal. I just need a tank. In any event, well see what happens...
