Joey ya should just get both the 1700 and 1400 if ya can afford it, ya can always use the other for flow or in ya other tank, or in ya water changing station if ya have one!!!

Oh, I guess I can have the 1400 in my sump and push up through my UV and into my main tank just to kill of some gph. It'll be going up about 4 feet, what you think Paul??

Na dood im not saying to put all of em in, but ya will need one in the future,,those little pumps really make it easy to transfer water to one place to another!!!
Get some low CFM fans for that heating prob if ya dont have any already, they do wounders!!

Mike, I bought a clip on 7inch fan from wal mart. But man it dries my sump out quick...

Yeah I think this whole experiance made me crazy more than anything!!! Paul is right

But when its all said and done its nice to enjoy all the hardache that ya went through, welp that is if ya can keep ya parameters correct!!! Ive been blessed by the reefer gods so far on the water quality end of it!!

LOL ya fuuny man, take a road trip to his house man, its a very senic drive but make sure ya have LOTS of windshield washer fluid for those darn Love Bugs, man ya know my truck is white but when I got there it was BLACK in the front from all those nasty things!!! Welp actually they might now be in season anymo
