WTB: Aquarium Stand

I am downsizing to a Innovative Marine 40 Gallon NUVO Fusion 40 Aquarium (24" x 20" x 19"). In the space my family wants the tank may not allow for the Innovative Marine APS Cabinet Stand height. We are just moving in and still are in the unpacking/organization/fixing phase. I honestly do not have time to build one myself so I am looking for a local person, with wood working experience, to build one for me. I am looking to get a basic stand, possibly like the one many of us have built before. Simple box with a cabinet door in the front.
