Club pres Itsme had one for sale a few weeks ago.
Wayne

Decided to go for a clam tank since nobody wanted a huge clam. I think most people don't have room for a 12-14" clam.

I picked up a few more 8-12" squamosas so I can have a neat display of them.

Who was selling those clams for $25?

Reef Systems from New Albany (cbus). I bought one.

i went back to get one there were 2 left frost bought one and some other girl got one right before me i was bummed should have bought right away

You should pull some people together for a www.clamsdirect.com order. I think you get free shipping if you purchase 10 clams. Some people did it a long time ago if I remember correctly. Their availability varies, and their stock goes FAST once it is updated. I personally think it's one of the best places to get super colored clams though.

Chuggy that girl was my girlfriend (23 years old) and frost got one and the other one was already sold. We didn't get one either.

I read that earlier today.
Reminds me of some other places - great stuff, but if there's a problem your on your own.

That was a very interesting read. But I'll throw this out there for the sake of it. I am siding with clams direct on this one. He sent out a bunch of clams that looked healthy to him. This is backed up and made evident by all of the positive remarks that were made by everyone that received there clams, for at least 5 days afterwards by the way. So it's obvious he didn't try to screw anybody here. My point is everyone in this hobby knows the risk of buying any livestock. It's part of the game we play. It's truly unfortunate that all of them died but again, it's the risk we all take in this hobby. So my point is, if the clams appeared ok when Barry sent them out (and they were for 5 days after being recieved) then why in the world should he be responsible if something went wrong? He didn't purposely deceive them. He is a buissnesman and held up to his part of the deal. Why should he get a bad wrap. He had no control over them having any type of disease and I believe he didn't know about it when they were shipped.

I just wanted to throw that out there because to many times people always want to blame someone else for there unfortunate circumstances. They should grow up, except there losses, and realize its part of this hobby.

Now I'm curious if you see my point or if I'm gonna get blasted
