Lights: Good ones or MH preferred
Sand and Liverock: Yes
Cabinet: Yes

Canopy: Not Necessary
Livestock: Not Necessary
Set-up: Not Necessary

no kidding. just need an overflow and pumps for it. I also ahve a genX pump that can be used for the sump return too....

You can get all the glass and Black Acrylic covers to build your own overflows from Glass Cages for 8x12 corner boxes for 175.00 picked up at their shop. FYI
