WTB: Pump

Looking for a small pump that can aerate new saltwater in a 5g bucket, and then pump it up from ground level to a tank about 3-4' up. Anyone have anything like that available?

I'm getting sick and tired getting water everywhere when pouring water into my tank from those Marine Warehouse 5g buckets.
