WTMRAC “Brown Bag Frag Swap” and March club meeting!!

Where and When: Saturday March 21st 3:15 to 5:45
Cordova Branch Library
8457 Trinity Rd.
Cordova Tn. 38018
(Just east of Germatown rd and Trinity)

What is a Brown bag frag swap? This is a swap designed to allow “everyone in the club” to bring some of there “cuttings” “cast offs” and “prized” coral frags to actually swap with as little preparation and planning as possible.

How does it work: Any Club Member (New members are welcome to join at the meeting and participate) that has some frags they want to trade is welcome to bring it to the club meeting to be held Saturday March 21st starting a 3:15 pm. There will be tables that everyone will “share” to display the frags however aquarium set ups and displays will not be allowed, so please do not ask!!!

Everyone is encouraged to bring several frags in double bagged clear plastic bags or zip-loc type bags or other “small” clear containers for each frag. Specimen bottles and Clear Plastic carry out containers are good for this. You can bring a photo of the actual frag or a representative photo in order to show what it is you have to swap.

We encourage everyone to post photos of there available frags on this thread along with the wish list of what you are looking for to swap or how many nickels that you want in lieu of a trade.

Equipment trades are also welcome however we do ask that no large items are brought into the room, photos are encouraged.

The swap will begin at 3:30 and will be set up on tables to one side of the meeting room.
Drinks will be provided and we ask that some volunteer to bring some snacks.

A club meeting will be held starting at 4:30 with the following agenda:

Welcome and introductions by Dave (snakemanvet) club president.
Discussion of the following Agenda items:
• Club website!
• Discussion on planning for upcoming meetings.
• Discussion and planning for Fall Frag Swap.
