Almost Brand new ( less then 1 month) Sunlight Supply Galaxy 400w E-Ballasts paid $225+tax looking for $175/pc or $150 if you buy all 4. Moving up to hqi instead.

I thought e-ballast could handle DE bulbs. Do you mean you are going Magnetic Ballast?

Lol. The 400w still wasn't enough light? Or you just didn't like the colors without HQI? Radiums are big for HQI, so maybe that's why you're switching.
