Torches Cristata(And one Colony) $10 Per Head
Acans (Purple and Green) 35$

Sunset Monti 20$
Yellow Button Polyps 30$(ROck covered down in them

Fish:
Mated Pair Of Ocellaris Clowns( BLack and Orange)

you sure u want to do that? sps is alot more difficult compared to softies IMO and requires much more stability and experience .it took me 4 years of learning and research to go all SPS.

why you selling a sunset monti when u wanna go into sps anyway?

Aaron - take brandons post and make sure you want to go SPS. A single alkalinity swing can set the entire tank back. Why not put a piece of sps in your existing tank? I have Los and sps mixed

If you are interested in sps I will give you a small easy piece to grow in your existing tank along with the zoos and LPS you already have.

I think you need to step back a little and slow down. I think too many people rush into sps in this hobby then either the corals look terrible and dont grow or die all together either way you will be very disappointed. I would recommend getting the system into a descent program first get testing levels etc all rock solid for a long period of time. I would hate to see what happens if you dont.

heres the things i highly recommend before sps. i dont know if you do or dont have it. just a list

1. alk /ca test
2. mag test, refractometer
3. atleast 6mos of stability
4. enough lighting for me i have 2 250 watt halides
5. GOOD strong flow (something i have issues with still)
6. sps safe fish
7. some type of controller (ex.reef keeper) mainly for temp control and backup, and ph
8.(sholda been higher on the list) some type of ca/alk/mag dosing. i use the balling method using BRS recipes and 3 dosing pumps
9. strong , over sized skimmer for the size tank
10. gfo/carbon reactors

yeah sure pascal a small one to start off sounds good..i jsut bought a branching monti from ABC to give the tank a test run for now

Testing with a few sps before going full scale is a good idea. I know that I'm not ready yet. I have a coral graveyard to prove that.

I recently got my first piece of sps, a green encrusting/plating monti. Wish I knew for sure what species it is, but it is obviously growing quickly, I can already see growth and I've only had it about a month. Monti seems to be a good first sps, so a good pick to be assured.

i have two monti caps ive had for a while and they are growing really fast alogn with some birds of paradise sps which are doing good and 3 small frags of bi-color bali acros too and i just got a branching monti too
