WTT: IceCap 250watt MH Ballast

Want to trade a 250watt IceCap MH ballast for a 250watt Lumantek ballast.

Or does anyone have a 250watt Lumantek ballast that I can try my 14k 250watt Phoenix bulb with? The bulb isn't giving out enough blue with the IceCap and wanted to see if changing the ballast would make the bulb bluer.

Doubt it's the ballast I would blame the bulb i had the same ones and was not happy.

I know the 250watt 14k Phoenix is a little whiter than the 150watt 14k Phoenix but it shouldn't be by that much. There was a nice blue tint when I first put it in but looks like after the burn in period, it's almost a crisp white. I've heard from a few people that it burns whiter with IceCap ballasts. Is there anyone local that can validate this?

I was just corrected different electronic ballat can put out different light colors. I would probally sell those bulbs and go 20k xm. I run that bulb in my frag tank and the colors out of my corals is top notch.
