Xenia reboot?

About 10 months ago I bought a beautiful pulsing xenia tree about 6 inches tall for my 14 gal biocube. It did fantastic for a while then the branches started to recede and separate from one another making three smaller trees. Over time those trees gradually shrank and stopped pulsing. Now I am down to one 1-inch sad-looking tree that is just barely hanging on and a blob of tissue with some new polyps trying to grow. I have heard that iodine deficiency can cause xenia to die off, should I start supplementing?

For the record my water params are perfect and everything else in my tank is flourishing. Can I ever hope to reboot my xenia and have my beautiful tree back?

I think xenia just crashes for no reason sometimes. Best thing you can do is make sure you are doing weekly water changes and make sure it is in strong light and low flow.
