Not much they are pretty hardy. I would say good lighting. A space for the foot to attach in the sand or the bottom glass next to some rocks. And feed it some krill or silversides once or twice a week. Check this link for some more info

Looks to be a S. haddoni, which is the "Hardiest" of the carpets. Can still be touchy though. But all in all just good lighting, water, flow, and feeding is about all they need.
