XM 250 10K quit working

Albert,
I ordered an XM 10K 250 SE from you on 12/5. Installed it on 12/15. Worked fine until today, went out during the day. Tried it on several ballast, and the bulb is bad. Does XM offer any kind of warranty on their bulbs? Do I have to go thru XM or you to get this taken care of?

Any update on RA1176? The defective bulb was delivered to you on 1/31 @ 11:35 AM by UPS. I have not received any updates, or seen a replacement bulb yet.
