Ive always been a Fan of the Reef Octopus Skimmers. My old one has worked great. I would buy another without thinking twice.

Yeah I know what you mean. I have a bh 90 in my jbj 29 nano and it works great. I installed the new skimmer and opened up all the valve and left it a couple of days. You know own what? It doesn't care. It started skimming immediately. :)

Ok here is my idea. It's gonna be a mixed reef tank. Mostly softies and lps. Not ready yet for sps. As for fish this is what I'd like. But first know that I already have this in my nano which I am thinking of moving in soon:
Pair of true percula
Yellow lemon wrasse
2 neon gobies
1 juvenile sailing
1 sandsifting Goby (which I don't think I'll be putting in)

I want to add these:
Pair of snowflake clowns
Pair of cinnamon yellow stripe clowns
Purple tang
Yellow tang
Blue Dori tang
Clown tang
Pair of blue throat triggers
Bunch Chromis

Maybe a couple more but don't know yet. As for the Tangs, I've heard it's much better to put them all in once but this is kind of expensive and I know not everyone can do this. So can anyone share experience as to putting in various surgeon fish at once? I know about putting in same body types at once but what options do I have to add one by one or 2 by 2 including my sailfin? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

I would be careful with those tangs. SOme have problems some do not. There are minimum requirements for them, to let them have the cruising room they need.

I would, personally, much rather see it ALL successful than fighting among the ranks.
