Ya for motivation.. LPS tank is back to a frag tank!

Finally took the time to turn my "lps w/random coral anemone tank" back into the sps frag tank I had intended it to be. Was tired of all the frags racks in the DT. Gave away the nem, and then built a little shelf. I wasn't sure what to do with all my acans since they couldn't fit in the DT and I still wanted them so I made a "raceway" of sorts with the rock. Dividing the tank into 2. Giving one of third low flow, while the upper section and the right side of the tank get high flow from the tunze. The only downer is I had to remove my LED setup. It was good enough for montis/birds nests, and lps.. but not quite for acros so back up goes my 250w 2xt5 unit..and off goes the sleek low watt LED setup. No looking forward to the increased electric bill but I'll run the lights for the frag tank & DT on different hours which should help keep the tank heated so it should run the heaters a little less.

Tanks been an eye sore since I set it up, so I don't have any "before" pictures but here it is now.. All ready to be loaded up with acro frags!

There's nothing that ruins the look of a display tank more than a frag rack sitting in the corner.

Good move & nice job.
