Yellow Encrusting Xenia frags ready

I have always kept this xenia isolated in my tank so I'm not sure how aggresive it would be. If a normal xenia grows fast this xenia grows slow to medium. I suspect it could be a real PITA if it did get on rockwork that you didn't want it on. Since it's a mat and not stalks it could be harder to peel off.

BTW have you looked into heteroxenia species, I am almost sure that is what your xenia is. Here are some links

The picture you are talking about doesn't really look like my xenia. Just let me know if you would like to try one anyway.

Here are a couple more pics. You can see the base a little better in the last 2 pics. The base is very hard to get a picture of because the polyps cover it.
