im gonna get one when i set up my 12 gal ap agian

can i keep corals with these?
if so which kinds?

im gonna have like a 2" sand bed probly with liverock rubble and live rock for it to construct a burrow.

does this sounmd ok?

Two inches is a little shallow. I would think 3" is a practical minimum. They are reef safe as far as corals go. They may bother very small shrimp like Sexy Shrimp though.

ok well ill have a deeper bed and maybe some zoas if i feel like it
im gonna cycle the tank with 2 damsels does that sound like too many to cycle with?

I've got one in my 24G. They're really fun to watch, a lot of character. It's true though, they dig all day. You can't really put colonies of zoas all over the tank floor, they'll be partially buried at the end of every day!

Instead of cycling with a live animal, consider using either pure ammonia or a piece of shrimp.

or just dont cycle.... i never did and everything in my tank was fine. however i used 25% water from established tank, 75% natural sea water, live sand, live rock. if you look in my thread you can see my tank about a week or so after i set it up and i didnt lose a thing. that is just one experience though, so use whatever method you think works best... different strokes for different folks...

as for the jaw fish, def have a deeper sand bed, like mentioned above, have a few inches in there. avoid any corals on the sand bed which are near where the jaw is living. they do much better in groups, although this is probably not an option for you in a nano.
