Yellow Prawn Goby w/pistol shrimp

2 days ago, i added a pair of Yellow Prawn Goby´s with a pistol shrimp.
Only problem is that the shrimp is extremly small.

They haven´t yet find each other ... should i help in any sense ?
I have them in a 20g until the shrimp grows ... them i will place them to my 260g mixed reef.

By the way ... what is best to feed them ? I gave them fish paste, ocean nutrition ... but they all seem pretty inapetente ... any thoughts ?

Nothing you can really do other than wait and see if they pair up I think. Some take longer than others and if its small I imagine it might take longer.

Both my goby's (Randall's and YWG) eat both ON formula 2 pellets along with just about any frozen food I drop in there, but it did take them a couple days to settle in before they started grabbing food aside from what floated directly in front of them.

Mine took at least a week to find each other in my 75G. The Goby eats anything (including bubble algae) and brings food into the den for the shrimp.

I added an orange stripe and pistol a couple days ago and my experience has been exactly the same. Good luck with yours.
