I got one

I have one in my 90 gallon mixed reef. He hasn't been a problem. He adds a nice splash of color and I'd like more except I'd be concerned about increased aggression with multiple specimens.

Many years ago a I had a solid blue one, not sure of the name, in a 55 gallon. He terrorized all other fish regardless of size. I had to pull out the rock to get that sucker out.

I have one which is not too aggressive. However, he does regularly take a shot at my toby puffer who many times larger whenever the puffer gets too close to his cave.

Not a bad fish, but mine finally got mean to something that took offense. Never did find the body..
He survived my tank crash fine, didn't even lose any color despite the tank being filled with toxins from dying Rhodactis mushrooms.

I've had one in my tank now for about 7 years. He's a great little fish, keeps to himself in his own little cave, doesn't bother any one. Tried to keep 2 at one point but it didn't work out, lost the 2nd. I guess they don't get along well with each other.

At the LFS they have about a dozen small ones in a tank together. If I got 2 at one time do you think they would be OK? How large do they get? My tank is 65g

Maybe if you added them together things would work out. I had my original damsel for a couple of years then added the other and it was a constant fight until the new one was killed. They don't get very big, mine is about an 1-1/2" give or take and Iv'e had him for a long time. I think they make a great addition to a tank.
