Looks like a yellow tang - white trigger hybrid. :strange:

If this is for real, put it in a tank (preferably by itself) and feed a good diet with lots of seaweed/greens and some meaty foods, soaked in Selcon. Give it lots of food, keep the lights low and see what happens.

OK! i am not lying...he is fine! he eats like a pig and is a great healthy fish...just looks like he had a rough life...so im trying to change that...and for the last time its not a joke and its not photoshoped. Any more tips on growing his awkward fin back?

I have had fish fins grow back but it really depends on how far down it goes. That looks very deep.

If it does grow back, it will just take time, a healthy consistent diet and a STRESS FREE environment.

Hows the Tang doing? I have a yellow tang just like him. he got beat up when I introduced him to the tank, and after a few days nobody was bothering him, but his fins have been very slow to grow back.
