Yellow tang love a pat?

Does anyone else's yellow tang love a pat? It annoys the bejuses outa me when im trying to move things lol. He will chase the other 2 away, then follow the tongs around constantly til he gets a pat and a scratch.

My PB Tang will sometimes let my wife pet it. I try to discourage this, but it's hard to do when she's drunk..... :lmao:

Iv'e never had any experience with a fish doing this, but I can say that its quite adorable.

my labout's wrasse does this, it's so funny. I can't put my hand in the tank without him swimming into it, haha. I should try to get pics like you did.

I have seen pics in a Reef Aquarium book (one of the reef aquarium vol 1,2,3 maybe?) of the Author with a yellow tang doing the same thing, hence why Im searching for similar experiences.
