She has raggeddy fins, and white areas on face. Feeding a variety of food, cyclopeeze, seaweed selects,Form. 2 mixed with brine, mysis, spirulina, garlic, selcon. What's up with this?

Its hard to say by your description. For the fins just improve water quality and keep up the good feeding. As for the white areas on the face try to be more descriptive. How long have they been there what exactly do they look like? Can you get a picture?

DK: 9 Ca:450 PO4-0 Ph 8.3 I do weekly 20% water changes, but still have nitrates of 20. I run carbon and denitrate also. The other fish are not attacking, my hippo also looks like HLLE. This has been a gradual regression. I put calerpa in a couple of weeks ago, but no interest.

Ammonia 0 Nitrite o Nitrate reading around 20. I found in this forum - under the Hippo with HLLE- Steven Pro's article on MHLLE, along with pictures of the Hippo and yellow tang. That is definitely what mine look like- not pretty.

you need to bring those nitrates down. thats one thing. the other thing that i would do is place abit of algae or nori soaked with Vitachem or selcon in your tank for your hippo and yellow to eat, as its vitamins it will help them fight the HLLE.

See orig. post - have been using Selcon on Seaweed Selects for as long as I've had them. Check out that article by Steven Pro- re causes- I referenced.
