Disagreed with above of two fighting til death. Added two yellow tangs three mOnths ago to 90 reef. No issue at all. As long as they are added at the same time.
I've seen many reefs with multiples, however, tried 3 juv. myself and they were constantly after each other, seem to be, at least my luck.
I'll keep only 1 now...
I unfortunately know of a 750+ Gal tank with 4-5 in it and all of them have extensive fin damaged from nipping(witnessed) of each other and with another tang. I don't believe much is ever guaranteed.
