Yellow Watchman food?

I have a Yellow Watchman Goby and a Red Banded Shrimp coming tomorrow from Live Aquaria, but I need to go buy some food for him. I'm assuming pellet would be better since Gobies tend to sit on the bottom?

I have Ocean Nutrition Formula One Flakes for my 2 Percula Clowns, but what should I get for my Goby/Shrimp combo.

I don't have any frozen food yet so let me know what I need to get there as well.

My goby stays on the bottom. I alternate between pellets and mysis cubes. He is shy but when he is hungry enough, he gets his share.

My ywg eats anything that goes into the tank. Pellets are fine. I also feed frozen meaty foods like Marine Cuisine, Emerald Entree, Mysis, etc..

my ywg will eat anything that floats by his den as well. Whether that be frozen (mysis, brine, krill, blood worms etc.) or pellets or algae flakes. He always tends to stay within a few inches of his burrow though.

Mine eats anything and everything. It is also a very aggresive eater and will even steal food out of my yellow tang's mouth if there's enough hanging out.

Once food hits the water mine is out and about, doesn't matter if its is Flake, Frozen, or pellet.
