Definately wished I had snow shoes... My buddies and I decided to re-visit our childhood and went sledding during the blizzard, (not recommended, 40 mph snow and ice hurts) and the snow came up to our mid thigh! Talk about tough walking!!!! Our little guy didn't like the strong winds either so he didn't care for the snow today, maybe we can try again tomorrow after work...

Haven't had a chance to talk about yellow snow, I'm sure we'll have to teach him soon enough as we have enough wild animals running around. Even this morning I had yellow snow on my porch! :mad2:

Thanks for the feedback guys! I got a call from my wife earlier today that my package has arrived, so I'll have my pump when I get home. My wife is sick of the tank sitting on our island so hopefully I can get the brackets and shelf finished tonight and then I can focus on getting the tank cycled while I build a canopy. I'll post more pics as soon as there is something to post... (Should be tonight )

Crap! Well the pump works great but one small hind sight... I forgot to pick up bolts to mount the brackets to the wall. Oh well tomorrow is another day so I'll pick some up on the way home after the football game.

I can see the SUV disappearing under the snow. Here in sunny Sydney, Australia, the Germans find it quite hilarious that we build "snow" man out of sand on the beach

The brackets are for shelf support for the tank... How else would I get it to see on the wall?

Sandmen huh? LOL! Yeah we it was finally over I had a drift that was 2ft deep that bottom of my driveway and reached 5ft deep at the top where my garage is. Took me 3.5 hours to get my car out...

No, I don't paint acrylic...


Sorry guys I didn't get the bolts yesterday after all... I got a call from my best friend and his wife is in the hospital with 2 large blood clots in her lungs. Needless to say I spent my free time with my friend and his wife. I'll try to get it going tomorrow.
