Hey guys i just switched the substrate in my tank from Crushed coral to sand. I just put my LTA back in my tank after it spent last night in a tank while the sand settled. my water quality is fine all my levels are were they should be, but my anemone looks like its hurt just shrivled up the foot is fine, the mouth is still closed tightly. Do you think it just needs some time to get used to its new area?

As well my fish look like they are doing fine and swiming around no heavy breathing. My other coarls are still a little dazed but seem to be opening up a little bit.

yeah give it time, in removing the old substrate, you have severely disrrupted the biological filter. It may be some time before your water parameters can return to normal.
