Your Username !!!!

i think mine is pretty simple to figure out... but then again i think alot of things are simple that truly are not

mine GUYGETTNBY = Guy Gettin Buy

im just a guy in this world getting by in the best way i can. life always throws ya a curve ball and sometimes you just need to get by them to move on.

Well my last name is Chandler and I had a awesome study hall teacher (ex Marine recon) Harda$$!!!He had trouble pronouncing my last name and I had several friends in that class he kept saying it looks like challenger to me after arguing and doing about 100 or so pushups( his punishment)
I just went with it and it stuck that was about 15 yrs ago,Man that means I'm getting old.

Anyone care to try explaining to me how this isn't the coolest shrimp ever?

When I first heard of them, I was in FW only but I said, if I ever do SW, I WILL have one of those shrimp. Dream come true as I have seven now.

Bongo Shrimp (Phyllognathia ceratophthalma)

PS this is my 666 post. My lucky numba!

Why does everything have to have a name? The name game is bad for this hobby. I just want to be called white kid with black hair.

BTW, i'm selling my user name for $195 per letter. Very rare. Also my area code is 808.

808

LMAO!!!!:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Too funny! with price per letter(PPL) rising I'm going to have to change my name to "ijdbfiwebrfhbweriuyfhiwjnvijwbviwbjvnbdivbsbvihbdkvbihd vk anihnzXLKmc mdvcihciwevkhbaybad vcihabcjcn adkjcbihax kabchbakcbuihabckn chasjcbahcbnkabch bakhcbahscb jhacjhbajhcbhj"

It's a "LE" name. LE because you cant (or wont) take the time to write it out. I found that colony under my rear end so its also a hazardous dive spot to recover any future colonys....

LOL.

Sorry Mucho...back on point.... My user name???? you get 1 guess.:hmm5:

Sir and middle name- used it alot when I was a kid and played dungeons and dragons!!! Yup, I was one of those geeks too!

Was easy to remember, and was, until now, a name that was difficult to place as my actual name.

This was the first forum I ever had to pick a username for!! It has stuck on all reef forums i am on. I use a somwhat different name for the car forums though.

rustyjames was Matt Dilon's character in the movie Rumble Fish. So I figured Rumble Fish, fish tank site. BTW, my avatar is my step-grandson. I never had kids of my own but I can't begin to tell you how amazing that kid is!

i got my first tank from a friend that was moving and could not keep it any more so i got it for cheap and there was a couple of wrasses in there and after i started to really get into them i thought it had to be my name

I used to have a riced out civic and a kawasaki sportbike... I have moved on from both but still have the username on a handful of boards. My gamertag is usually "Mosquitow" - this was my spanish name in high school (had to pick a name to be called in spanish class and I liked mosquitow). I then used it on WoW for my main character and like it better.... its kind of ironic like calling a huge prison inmate "tiny"

Year's ago my first dogs name was rock. After the first rock was gone i got another dog just like him. I named him roc and dropped the k. the # is part of my date of birth.

My first fish....
Grouper-1.jpg

The story is sad: A dear friend of mine commited suicide and his widow called me and told me she didn't know what to do with the fish tank of her late husband. It contained a Grouper he had fished out of the ocean at about 3 inches. I took the tank and the rest is history.....3 month later I upgraged to a 180g, 1 year later to a 250g, 2 years later to a 265 g which I still have along with about 1000 gallons of coral holding tanks.

man after hearing all these i wish i could do mine over, its just my initials i do it for everything. Awesome thread!

I'm completely unoriginal... just my initials + the year I was born.
I use the same username on just about every forum I frequent. For a long time, I was constantly asked if I was an employee of the Fox Sports Network, and if the 77 was the channel number of the local station I worked for.
