I have grown a huge love for mushrooms lately, my normal mushrooms and ricordia do really awesome in my tank. I had a neon pink yumi that detached from its plug and haven't seen it since. I then saw 2 yumas I just had to have, put them in low light and relatively low flow, the cherry one seems to be doing very well, but looks like he is starting to "reach" off the rock. The one I call mellow-yellow is the one I am worried about. He's a little shriveled, but the raised bumps are flat now, mouth is wide open. And has developed holes around his edges, almost like something is snacking on it. I tried doing some searches but could only come up with the melting problem it seems everyone faces, but it doesn't appear to be melting and there is no slime anywhere that I can see. Parameters are
Salinity 1.025
Temp 77f
Nitrites 0ppm
Nitrates 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
Phosphates 0ppm (undetectable, but have a slight algae problem)
Calcium 540
Ph 8.3
Alkalinity 12dkh
Magnesium 1400ppm
Is it possible something is eating it? Or is this just another one of those infections that Yumas get, and is there any possibility of saving it at this point?
