yuma is in a cone shape

My yuma is in a cone shape most of the day, is this normal or is it a sign of stress? Too much or too little light?

Mine does it from time to time. Can't answer why, but probably landed a good meal.

Cone shape is generally when they r reaching for light in my exsperiance.

I will post a pic in a little bit. i target feed and disperse reef chili about 2x a week. I feed the tank formula 2 flake and formula 1 pellets
