Are those nematocysts or gonads in the actinopharynx?

Looks like H. aurora.

As far as I know, all clown host anemones have those stuctures. Normally they are tucked away and you don't see them. I don't know their function, but they are neither nematocyst nor gonad.
 
I second the ID.

I think the white shapes you see there are called siphonoglyphs.

They looks like the edges of the mouth/lips on a human. They are normal in anemone structure. From what I gather they are groves that run all the way down the actinopharynx (cavity) and join onto various structures in the anemone.
