Zebrasoma rostratum

Hey there just looking for a few experienced opinions regarding multiple Tangs.
I currently have a hybrid zebrasoma scopes X flavescens though it is pretty much yellow with tiny black dots and a blue tip to the dorsal and anal fin in holding ATM as I set up my new 187g 5x2.5x2. I've had the fish for a year or so, she is very healthy, peaceful and of medium size. Once the new tank is cycled I'm wanting to add a second tang, a zebrasoma rostratum. I know the rules on to zebrasoma's though the tank is quiet large and will be set up as a high flow sps system. Does anyone have any experience on the compatibility of these two fish (will settle for a yellow and a black) in terms of aggression.

Thanks.

You'll be fine adding them at the same time in your new set up.
I have added a tiny BT with an established YT, and there was aggression for 2-3 days.
To my surprise, tiny BT took the beating well and were buddy's afterwards.
Will not do it again, and do not recommend this either, I guess I was lucky...

I had them in a 300g SPS dominant reef, unfortunately BT died of copper over dose.
Dum me, did not properly QT new fish, which infected my system.
I'm doing it over again properly QT all fish, and waiting for a new BT to come in to introduce all my tangs at same time.
Obviously juv. BT is my hold up now, which are harder to find..

picture is really bad but here is my yellow, black ,and chevron. they are in a 265 for just about 4 years. all went in at one time. and never had an issue.

pacificislandaquatics (rc sponsor) periodically have juv -3.5"' black tangs and hybrids. I received a 3.25" black tang last September that is doing well and 2 days ago I received a 1.5" black/scopas hybrid that was eating the same night.

You were the one! I was about to pull the trigger on that lil guy and he was gone! Glad to hear he is doing well so far.

Don't worry PIA have them pretty often. The order almost became a disaster when the delivery status changed from Friday to Monday due to weather condition. Luckily I took the day off and was able to pick it up when the package arrived at the local hub.

Here's a short clip. I think the suction cup is bigger than the little gal.
