I would like to add a herbivorous fish to my 125g tank and because of the algae I have I think a Zebrasoma sp. would be the best match.
I only have small, peaceful fish in the tank now and would hate to see them harrassed or frightened by a new addition. I want a tang that eats hair algae as well as caulerpa.
I've read several sources that indicated the Scopas tang was the most peaceful of the Zebrasomas.
A few articles however said the Yellow tang was less likely to become beligerent (saying the opposite of what the other articles said).
So which one should I get if I want a good algae eater that doesn't disturb the other fish too much? Yellow tang? Or Scopas?
