Well looks like IM going to scrath the idea about getting the hamilton fixture...

Putting in an order tomorrow for

3 galaxy 250w ballasts
3 Reef Optix 3 pendants

Still undecided about bulbs but thinking of going Ushio 20k DE

And temporaly i be using my PC fixture for actinics for morning and night cycle

Well picked myself up one of these today in my qt, hopefully he wont be eating all my polyps... if he does I have a perfect 120 FOWLR tank he can go into atleast. Hes 6-7". Never had any problems in the past with foxfaces/rabbit fish but always got them when they were younger 3-4" or a little smaller with rabbit fish.

Again ill get my own pic once he gets confertable and decides to come out of his camo

Well the fixface is doing great, threw some palys that had some algae all over them to see what he would do... ofcoarse he was an great and gently picked around the palys and cleaned off ALL the algae... and seems to prefer pellets and flake and algae sheets. Man hes a pig though.

Well took a coral from my 90gal and transferred it here. and then bought a favia frag(thanks ash) which then was split in 2 with a friend. Dont know what type of "donut" coral i got. Got it from RAP last year was only about the size of a quarter now its about 2-2 1/2" across. Then a few frags of hot pink zoas which ive had for awhile. Just pink in the middl portion of the tank and hot pink at the upper portion of the tank.

Also added my Mag.Foxface into the DT. Wish i could keep him in QT longer but seemed really healthy, got a freshwater dip before taking him home from the store, and then freshwater dipped him before I put him into the DT. I was having water quality issues in a 24g aquapod(my QT) For a guy this size had to be cramped quarters.

Foxface ****ed off/Scared after putting him into the tank. But he looks just as good if not better than the LA pic i posted.

Well took a small ppeice from my 90 gallon. Didnt realize til i went to take it out the xenia grew over a large bubble algae. larger than a golf ball but smaller than a racket ball.

anyways there 8-10 stalk on this thing... now I just gotta figure out how to frag it without bursting the bubble(very thick and hard walls) or just let it move/grow on its own and remove the bubble when theres nothing on it anymore but afraid it will burst or something if i wait to long?

Also made up a quick/easy minimag float frag rack. As Im still deciding on placement of the frags plus still waiting on the MH lighting. Mag float was used for the AP24 which is no longer in use. Cheaper to just make one of these than buying a mag rack and its pretty darn stable.

Well fragged some zoas from my 90. Took a small frag that was growing along the back of the rocks.

Frag is over 200 polyps and didnt even make a dent as I never really knew these were there.

Started out as a 30-40 polyp frag zpprox 4 months ago.. now that I knew these were thre is easily 350-400+ polyps.

Beleive they are whammin watermelons... green skirt, really red in the middle and purple mouth center. Or a morph of WW's. Anyways heading out to the Angel game... post some pics of the colony and frag when I get back.... GO ANGELS!!!!

I think so but dont hold me to it... was in such a hurry I only remember the location.. middle isle on the end right side, when entering the front door. Also picked up some frags for friends that couldnt make the show.

Literally had to just grab what I liked and go.

Well got some goodies but accidently left the bulbs behind so wont have that running til tomorrow.

Ended up with

3x 250w hamilton ballasts
3x Hamilton - Cayman Sun HQI Pendents with LEDs
3x Phoenix 14k bulbs which i left behind
3x outdoor timers
