i just wanted to share with everyone my 180 build.. i'll be posting a lot of pictures throughout the process of my tank.. hope you like!

just built the stand with my dad today, heres some pics of the stages of the build. Ps: we had to put wheels on the stand, because of future remodeling in the basement.. each wheel is rated for 500lbs. and we added eight throughout the stand. the middle brace of double 2x4's on the front of my tank, is removable. so we can take my sump out if anything ever goes wrong. I'ts not near being finished, this is just the framing of the stand. will add more pics later for you guys!

Put my 180 tank onto the stand today.. it took my dad, pop, uncle and me to pull this up, and place it on top of my stand...

so my Fiji Live Rock is coming in 5 boxes... i got the first 2 boxes today.. box 1: consists of 65lbs, and box 2: has 40lbs.. box 3 will be here tomorrow, and that has 65lbs in it. and the remaining 2 boxes 4 and 5 has 65lbs in them each and will be here by the end of the week... sucks that my shipments are all over the place, but o well..

I added 105lbs of rock to my tank today, along with setting up both my MP40 W pumps, with the help of Frezel. i'll add some pictures for you guys tonight.

I would also like to share with you guys my first and current reef tank.. i started this tank back in March 2009.. all pictures and the tank diary of my 40breeder is currently on another forum, i would really like to hear what you guys have to say about it. i don't mean any disrespect toward reef central by linking another forum website, but i don't have the time to copy and past my diary of my 40breeder from one site to the other.. as you will see in that thread, i have an obsession with acans, lobo's and various sps! but please check it out, and tell me what ya think! Very nice, I was wondering, can you use the Aqua Controller Jr. to run your dosing pumps?

Box # 3 came in the mail today.. 65more pounds added to my tank! total count so far is 175lbs.

check out this rock, it's in a shape of a head, and when i turned it around to scrub of the access die off, i noticed this FACE!

Nice job on the stand. With the concrete floor are you worried about the casters allowing the tank to be bumped and sloshed/split? I want to convert my garage to a man cave but my wife wants to bring her truck inside in the winter ... Maybe 1 can get 1/2 :eek2:

That filter sock holder was purchased at my lfs... it's doing the job great so far!
