I'm looking to possibly remove this rock since these polyps are taking over. I'd like to maybe replace it with a different flat rock and throw some other corals up there. So I figured I should maybe figure out what they are first
Oops. Forgot I posted this. I'd be down for a trade. Assuming your rock passes the aesthetic inspection (j/k) (kind of). I'm try to be prepared for the frag swap this year

Rock 1 is in my sump so don't have much coraline. The others are in main tank. Rock 2 and 4 are covered in coraline. Rock 3 has the beginnings of coraline on it. I have only had it about a year and it didn't have any on it when I got it. It also has yellow sponge on it.
My guess is Rock #4 is closest to what your is. It is one of my favorite rocks to use as a bridge.
