Zoa death

Got some nifty green zoa. Had them fo a while. Then all of a sudden they closed up never to open again. Now i thought it was strange due to the fact that i had fragged two heads and they are still gorwing and thriving. Everthing else in the tank is great dont see why this is happening.
Can any one enlighten me on Zoa ubcure death??:eek2:

sometimes when I frag zoa's, I usually give 1 or 2 extra cause they're a chance 1 or 2 aint going to make it. and I will lose a polyp or 2 from my colony that I'm fragging from.. even though I was carefull and clean on fragging. It happens

Yeah but i find it strange that the main colony is sinking and the small one is thriving. the only thing i noticed were some big ampi and co running around~!

I lost 2 50+ head True AOG colonies from fragging them too much and never gave too much time in between fragging to let them heal. I lost both colonies.

I bought a 10-polyp frag of Spidermans. 4 were supposed to go to a friend & I got 6. After fragging, I glued the 6 to a rock & her 4 to a plug. Mine wasted away & hers grew to 20 polyps. Now that I'm using vitamin C, this doesn't happen anymore.
