Zoa Pox?

I am 99% sure that's what my wife has on her zoas but before we treat for the disease I'd like to be positive we're treating for the correct disease...

What do you think?

Looks like pox to me. An occasional pox will heal up over time without issue but it looks like the condition has progressed to the "requires treatment" stage. Furan2 time.
