Zoa tissue flaking?

I would like to verify if Zoas tissue begins to "flake" or peel off like a snake (comparison)? basically i have a few zoas that seem to have their tissue peeling off but they are opening just fine. some look like their "stretching" etc. it's hard to determine what's exactly needed.

they should be fine if they start melting away then you have a problem.

another questions. are the stalks for zoas usually very colorful. cause it looks clear. sorry i'm just getting more educated so i don't treat for something that's not there.

you could dip them with revive...........cant hurt

i'll have to look into getting some revive. all my LFS had was medicoral Brightwells.

this is so all up in the air "poof"! Can you maybe give some more input on the tank, parameters, lighting, temp...etc...best of luck with your polyps.
