Hi took these with a kodak, nothing special, but I thought the pictures came out so well Id show them off...lol... Anyway I have 2 X 250 metal halides, actinics 4X 65 watt PC, moonlights at night, a powerhead I dont know what kind, temp at 79-80 degrees, water changes weekly, feed phytoplankton with zooplankton, homemade frozen food containing the following: Cyclop-eeze, salmon, mysid, selcon, vitachem, prime reef, peas, seaweed, chopped shrimp, and octopus and squid minced. My fish and anenmomes go nuts, I dose the tank with iodine, purple up (for elements) and most of all, I admire them daily...

lol, know, it is so much better than store bought because you can add your own cocktail of supplements and vitamins, and fresh seafood that run cheap at the seafood counter (I get baby octopus and squid for about .29 each at albertsons, and you only need like 1 or 2) anyway, I put it in a blender with cyclopeeze and the fish and inverts love it. Just cant overfeed or your skimmer will go crazy with foam... Thank you for the compliment on the zoas, this colony is about 300-400 polyps. It is amazing..

These are some of my most favorite zoanthids around. They are very common but have one of the most beutidul color patterns that POP in actinics. I feed my tank cyclopeeze, flake foods and Rods Food every two days or more...:D They are very hard any do great under my T5 lighting. Flow consists of 2 Maxi Jet 1200's, 2 Tunze 6045's and four returns powered by a modded Sequence Dart.
Pic was taken with a Canon A620 Powershot
