Zoas and Paly Comparisons???

Can someone please give me the differences in Zoas vs. Palys regarding difficulty, flow/light conditions, and dangers of toxicity.

From my experience they're basically the same all around, the only difference is the size of the polyp. As far as toxicity goes I *think* I read somewhere that palys are more toxic but I don't know if there's been any scientific proof of this.

From what I understand, Palys have sand in their base, while zoos just have their regular smooth mat.

Yeah, I had read that about the toxins as well and can't really find anything on it now. What about growth rate?

I read once on WWM that palys are the more toxic , But only in darker more natural colors (greens and browns). And they are usually a lot bigger then normal zoo's.

In all my experiences for some reason palys are harder to keep... while I have never lost a zoo, I have never been able to keep something as simple as pink palys alive.
