Man, mgny is on the same kick himself! I actually promised him a piece of this coral for his tank. You want a piece? It really turns a nice pink, yellow, green when it grows bigger. That is just a small frag.

Take a look in this picture, you can see a larger piece to the left of the blue millie. This piece has more of the characteristic colors of this coral.

I dunno.. I don't really check any of my parameters...

what I've done differently the past month is this... hope it gives you the same results as I'm having... it's only a month old so pls don't try it if you're not comfortable with the idea... I'm only responsible for what happens in my tank..


Monday: Reef Plus by Seachem (2 capfuls)

Tuesday: Enjoy the tank...

Wednesday: Reef Calcium w/ RO water (1 spoonful); after 1+ hr(s) Reef Builder w/ RO water (1/2 spoonful);
---------- also, Magnesium supp (Kent Marine Tech M) (2 capfuls)

Thursday: Enjoy the tank...

Friday: Reef Plus by Seachem (2 capfuls)

Saturday: Enjoy the tank...

Sunday: Enjoy the tank...


Repeat the week... oh yeah, around 3rd or 4th week of the month, I replace the Monday or Friday dosing w/ 15%-20% water change.. I use RO water and Reef Crystals...

I feed my tank Mysis and Formula 1 alternating days once a day.. and whenever I remember, I feed frozen cyclopeeze...

lastly, I don't have a skimmer...

so, there's my routine.. good luck with the results...
