Looks like a cross between hole in the head/lateral line disease and wasting away disease. Probably lack of proper nutrition and varied diet

Tell them it's going to die slowly if they don't start giving it a high-quality, varied diet. Tell them the other tangs will die that way as well, and mention how unpleasant you think that looks.
Maybe say something about how it looks bad for a doctor to have sick things in their office.

That is one gnarly looking Hippo. Doesn't look particularly thin, though. Some wierd kind of skin virus maybe.

Need to ask them what they feed. Then enlighten them.

NLS pellets as a staple.....then Rods with extra veggies.....then nori.
