zooanthids

i've had a large zooanthid rock for a bout a year now,all of a sudden they seem to be detaching from the rock!!Is this anything to worry about? the only thing I can come up with is that there is a banded coral shrimp that only just recently hangs out on that rock.It used to be in the back of the tank and now makes the rock it's exclusive home.the tank inhabitants r as follows,a pair of maroon clowns,a freidmani,a copperband,a goby,achevron tang and a red sea regal angel.could any of the fish be disturbing the zoos?thank u for your time and please let me know what u think asap,neil

i had some zoas that did that, i attributed it to dense growth, so some decided to move on. you might see them floating around the tank.

never mind, i saw you have a regal angel. that fish is going to eat all the zoas in your tank if given the time. he is prob. picking on them now, which is why they are detaching.
