Zoos and Acans

Hey everybody,
I have recently started to obtain some acans. I also have several colonies of zoos. Because of the zoo growth in the tank, I have a few spots for the acans that are really close to the zoos.
The question is, will the acans harm the zoos or vice versa?
My zoos have formed a pretty "field" right in the middle of my tank, making it difficult to have things around it.
Any thoughts?

depends on what type of acan. acan echianata can sting anything, acan lords are much less defensive.

You can see how close mine are in this pic. No problems yet. The rainbow acan echinata on the right is getting larger, i might move it soon as they are pretty potent and aggressive.

Thanks! I was up to 7, but i fragged some for trades so i'm back down to 4 and 2 new babies ready to sprout :D

Thanks guys. They are acan lords and are relatively small right now--only about 5 polyps each.

Delsol, any problems with the SPS and the zoos or acans? I have a couple of SPS pieces and don't want anything to happen to them. I think the zoos are okay, but the lords?

I echo this comment... great input... :)

I have an Tyree Undata and an unknown SPS 1" or so away from the Acans. The zoos growing on the acan rock are about 1" or so away as well with in the rock.
