1 year old Tunze 6201 stops about every 10 - 20 minutes...

I have a about 13 month old Tunze 6201, yesterday I noticed it was not running, so I unplugged it from the power and waited 30 minutes or so and replugged it in, it started running again, about 15 - 20 minutes later it stopped again... so i took the pump apart gave it a good cleaning in water and vinegar mix for 1.5 hours, and took the bearing out and cleaned all deposits etc... put it back together, and now it runs about 30 minutes or so and then it stops still.

Do I need new bearings? Or is the motor faulty? How do I proceed from here???

Just to follow up on this I put the pump in a bucket of fresh water and ran it, and it does the same thing, after about 20 minutes or so it stops... and then it tries to run again, and once in a while it starts on its own, and then stops again. All parts of the impeller assmbly are spotless, very clean.

Is there anything else I can check for? or Do you want me to send the pump in?

Send the pump in, it has an electrical problem and will have to be replaced.
